As we continue to grow and expand, we are seeking an experienced A-Level Diagnostic Technician to join our team. This role is for a skilled professional who can diagnose complex drivability and electrical issues, perform advanced repairs, and serve as a technical leader within the shop.The A-Level Diagnostic Technician is responsible for performing high-level diagnostics and repairs on a wide range of vehicles. This role requires advanced technical expertise, precision, and the ability to train and support junior technicians.Key Responsibilities:Perform advanced diagnostic testing on engines, drivetrains, electrical systems, and emissions.Troubleshoot drivability, performance, and electrical issues using OEM-level tools.Complete high-level repairs and verify repair accuracy through test drives.Maintain detailed documentation and communicate findings clearly.Mentor B- and C-level technicians to improve diagnostic and repair efficiency.Stay current with new vehicle technology, diagnostic tools, and training.Qualifications:7+ years of automotive technician experience with diagnostic expertise.ASE Master Technician certification (preferred).Advanced drivability and electrical system knowledge.Ability to interpret wiring diagrams and use OEM-level tools.Valid driver's license and clean driving record.High attention to detail, organization, and teamwork.Compensation & Benefits:Competitive pay plan (hourly or flat-rate based on experience).Productivity and training bonuses.Health insurance 100%.Paid time off and holidays.Matching 4% 401kUniformsStocked refrigerator with cold drinks and food.Ongoing training and career growth opportunities.
