Corporate Recruiter

We're seeking an experienced Corporate Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple departments for a corporate company in Spartanburg, SC. This role partners closely with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies, build talent pipelines, and fill positions with top talent. Temp-to-Hire of Direct Hire with benefits. Fully on-site. Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles. Partner with hiring managers on hiring plans and workforce needs. Source and engage active and passive candidates. Conduct phone screens and present qualified candidates. Maintain accurate ATS records and recruiting metrics. Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and manage offers.Provide regular updates on hiring progress and market insights. Support process improvements and mentor newer team members. Qualifications 2-3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably corporate recruiting. Experience managing multiple openings and working proactively. Strong sourcing skills, including social media recruiting. ATS experience required.Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
