About the Role
The Company is seeking a Regional Vice President for Health Plan ASO Sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving regional expansion and accelerating growth across commercial ASO payer channels. This role requires a high-impact sales leader with a consultative, value-based sales approach to build strategic payer relationships, expand market presence, and position the company as a differentiated MSK solution. The RVP will be expected to develop and maintain a robust regional pipeline, lead all stages of the ASO channel partnerships lifecycle, and own the productivity of health plan ASO partnerships. Essential functions include sales strategy, pipeline development, opportunity growth, and payer relationship management. The role also involves value communication, sales enablement, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure a smooth transition from sale to implementation and ongoing partner success. Candidates for this role should have a minimum of 5 years' of progressive B2B healthcare sales experience, with at least 3 years' focused on health plan partnership development. A proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas in complex, consultative, value-based sales cycles is essential. The ideal candidate will have deep familiarity with self-funded plan mechanics and ASO structures, experience in sourcing, contracting, and growing high-performance channel partnerships with health plans, and strong financial acumen. Excellent communication, executive presence, and presentation skills are required, as is proficiency in Salesforce CRM. Nice-to-haves include experience in musculoskeletal, physical therapy, orthopedics, or broader specialty care sales, existing relationships with regional health plan commercial and contracting teams, and a background in digital health, virtual care, or population health management.
