Cervello Global Research Corporation (CGRC) is seeking a Program / Contract Manager to lead contract execution for U.S. Army Direct Procurement Method (DPM) personal property services supporting packing, containerization, household goods, unaccompanied baggage, local drayage, documentation, and related logistics operations in the Fort Benning / Columbus, Georgia area. The position serves as CGRC's accountable program lead and principal Government interface.
Place of Performance is in Fort Benning / Columbus, Georgia Area
JOB DUTIES / EXPERTISE:
- Serve as the primary CGRC management authority and Government-facing point of contact for contract performance, schedule, quality, safety, documentation, and issue resolution.
- Oversee order execution, staffing, subcontractor coordination, field operations, facilities, equipment, materials, reporting, and performance metrics.
- Ensure adequate supervision, labor, equipment, facilities, supplies, services, and materials are available to meet DPM requirements and Government-directed workload.
- Monitor performance against on-time pickup/delivery, documentation accuracy, invoicing quality, facility/equipment readiness, and Government-owned container accountability requirements.
