Call Center Representative - Indianapolis, IN - Hybrid Location: Indianapolis, IN, US, 46204-1077 Summary As a Call Center Representative at Gainwell, you can contribute your skills as we harness the power of technology to help our clients improve the health and well‑being of the members they serve — a community’s most vulnerable. Your role in our mission Deliver exceptional customer service and accurate information to providers, members, and internal partners. Demonstrate professionalism, empathy, and active listening in every call or written interaction. Use Gainwell’s systems to research, document, and resolve inquiries efficiently and accurately. Follow established procedures and compliance guidelines to meet quality and service level standards. Participate in team meetings, training, and feedback sessions to continuously improve performance. What we're looking for 2 or more years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center, healthcare, or Medicaid environment. Strong computer and system navigation skills (Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Edge, and Windows applications). Ability to multitask, problem‑solve, and maintain accuracy while handling high call volumes. Excellent communication and listening skills with a customer‑first mindset. Dependability, punctuality, and a strong commitment to team goals and performance standards. What you should expect in this role Location : Office 6612 East 75 Street Suite 550, Indianapolis, IN. 46250 Reliable home internet required: minimum 24 Mbps download / 8 Mbps upload (higher speeds strongly recommended). Base pay may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. We also have a variety of leadership and technical development academies to help build your skills and capabilities.
