About Our Client

Our client is a well-established commercial contractor with a strong regional footprint and steady year-over-year growth. Known for a family-oriented culture and long employee tenures, they invest in careers, not just projects, and promote from within.

Job Description

* Oversee daily site operations, safety, and quality control

* Lead subcontractors and self-perform teams on active projects

* Coordinate schedules, site logistics, and inspections

* Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for stakeholders

* Drive projects from sitework through punch-out

The Successful Applicant

* 5+ years of superintendent experience with a GC

* Proven leadership on commercial construction sites

* Strong sitework and utility background

* Professional, client-facing communication style

* Tech-forward mindset with modern construction tools
