Job Description

* Manage projects from kickoff through final completion

* Control budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance

* Coordinate with superintendents, owners, and design teams

* Lead client-facing communication and progress reporting

* Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contract standards

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

* 5+ years of project management experience with a GC

* Background in commercial construction projects

* Strong leadership and client communication skills

* Comfortable splitting time between office and job sites

* Tech-savvy with modern construction management tools

Salary range: $95,000-$125,000 base, depending on experience
