Compliance Data Analyst

Bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English . Overview A financial services organization is seeking an entry-level professional to support AML transaction monitoring, case management, and screening technology . This role will assist with system analysis, scenario and threshold testing, UAT, validation, documentation, issue tracking, and ongoing optimization of AML technology. The position is well suited for a detail-oriented candidate with strong coordination and communication skills who is interested in the intersection of financial crime compliance, technology, and quantitative analysis . Key Responsibilities Support the analysis, development, testing, and optimization of AML transaction‑monitoring scenarios and rules. Assist with threshold analysis and periodic reviews of monitoring scenarios based on risk levels and system performance. Support AML optimization efforts across multiple business lines, including correspondent banking, retail banking, and trade finance. Assist with assessing model performance, data quality, risk coverage, and system integrity. Support validation, audit, and review activities related to AML monitoring systems. Maintain model inventories and assist with tracking required model reviews. Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for recommended threshold, scenario, and system changes before production implementation. Analyze and test case‑management tools to identify system issues and support resolution with technical and business teams. Assist with system configuration updates, issue tracking, and documentation. Support testing and validation of screening systems, including identifying issues and helping mitigate associated compliance risks. Maintain tracking related to open alerts, internal watch lists, and other screening‑system activities. Assist with responses to validation and audit inquiries, observations, and findings. Support documentation and other operational or administrative activities related to AML technology projects. #J-18808-Ljbffr Madison-Davis, LLC
