Pick and Pack Worker – 2nd Shift
Location: Auburn
Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Please Note: Mandatory overtime may be required based on production needs.

We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented individuals for a Pick and Pack Worker position with one of our valued clients in Auburn, NY. This is an excellent opportunity to join a production environment with consistent second-shift hours.

Position Overview
The Picker/Packer is responsible for preparing products for shipment by accurately counting, packaging, sealing, and labeling items while maintaining quality and efficiency standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick and handle products for order fulfillment
• Accurately count items to ensure correct quantities
• Package products into bags and prepare items for shipment
• Seal and label finished products
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all production procedures and safety guidelines

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Flexibility to work mandatory overtime when needed
• Must demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and the ability to contribute positively to a team-oriented work environment
• Candidates must be able to work safely and comply with workplace substance-free policies
