Senior Fire Alarm Service & Inspection Technician (FAL Required) A growing fire protection company in the DFW area is hiring a Senior Fire Alarm Service & Inspection Technician focused on service, diagnostics, and system troubleshooting. Qualifications Texas Fire Alarm License (FAL) – Required 5+ years of hands‑on fire alarm experience Strong background in service, troubleshooting, and repairs Ability to program, diagnose, and repair multiple fire alarm systems Experience with systems such as Notifier, Silent Knight, Fire‑Lite, EST, Bosch (or similar) Strong understanding of NFPA codes and compliance Proven ability to handle complex service calls independently NICET Fire Alarm certifications (optional) Experience with BDA / ERRCS systems (optional) Role Expectations Execute service calls, inspections, and repairs at a high level Accurately diagnose issues and provide solutions confidently Communicate clearly with clients and internal team Participate in on‑call rotation Handle emergency service and overtime as needed Compensation & Benefits

• 30‑40 per hour based on experience
• 40+ per hour for top‑tier candidates
