Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and diagnostic evaluations for individuals and families dealing with mental health disorders.

• Leading therapeutic sessions aimed at addressing issues such as substance abuse, physical and psychological trauma, grief and loss, and family conflicts.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapies and tailored treatment plans to support clients in their journey towards recovery and resilience.

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure an integrated treatment approach, referring clients to specialists when pertinent.

• Maintaining detailed and accurate client records per HIPAA guidelines, tracking progress and outcomes efficiently.

• Providing crisis intervention and support during critical moments for clients and their families.
\n
• Engaging in continuous professional development and training to remain abreast of the latest therapeutic practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this position, you will work with a varied clientele, including individuals and families grappling with issues such as attachment disorders, adjustment challenges due to divorce or separation, job-related stress, and family dynamics involving blended families. Your empathetic approach will be vital in helping clients address their concerns, guiding them towards healthier coping mechanisms and improved communication within their relationships.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this role, candidates must possess the following:

• A valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 105,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
