Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources.

• Provide individual therapy sessions along with family and group therapy using evidence-based modalities tailored for specific client needs.

• Implement therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Therapy to facilitate healing and personal development.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure a coordinated and holistic approach to client care.

• Develop personalized treatment plans with clear, achievable goals based on comprehensive assessments.

• Regularly conduct crisis intervention and risk assessments to ensure client safety and effective responses to emergencies.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Lead psychoeducation classes and support groups to provide additional avenues for client support and community building.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele includes individuals, couples, and families from diverse backgrounds, each seeking help for a range of mental health challenges. You will work closely with these clients to address issues like relationship conflicts, emotional distress, and behavioral concerns in a supportive and empathetic environment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field from an accredited program.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• At least two years of experience in a mental health or outpatient therapeutic setting.

Preferred Experience\n

While two years of experience in mental health is a requirement, candidates with experience in family therapy, trauma-informed care, or group therapy facilitation will be viewed favorably. Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary between USD 80,000 and 100,000 annually, with opportunities for performance-based bonuses.
