This position offers a flexible remote work setting, allowing for a conducive work-life balance. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and resources available for their recovery journey.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based therapies, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions aimed at healing and personal empowerment.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure holistic and coordinated care.

• Administer crisis intervention strategies as needed, including risk assessments and safety planning for clients in acute distress.

• Lead group therapy sessions and psychoeducational classes that provide clients with tools and insights to improve their mental health.

• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation as per ethical and legal standards, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
