This opportunity is ideal for an attorney interested in representing lenders, borrowers, private equity sponsors, financial institutions, and investment funds in sophisticated financing transactions. Ideal Background 3–6 years of debt finance, leveraged finance, banking & finance, or commercial finance experience gained at a sophisticated law firm Experience representing banks, financial institutions, direct lenders, private credit funds, private equity sponsors, and corporate borrowers Experience handling leveraged acquisition financings, syndicated credit facilities, asset-based lending, cash flow lending, refinancing transactions, and other secured lending matters Experience drafting and negotiating credit agreements, commitment letters, security agreements, guaranties, intercreditor agreements, collateral documents, and other financing documents Experience managing financing transactions from due diligence through closing Experience working on private equity-backed financings, corporate finance transactions, and cross-border financings is preferred Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical, organizational, and communication skills Ability to independently manage sophisticated transactions while maintaining significant client interaction Excellent academic credentials J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required Texas bar admission required or ability to become admitted Why This Opportunity Premier national Finance practice Sophisticated lender and borrower-side transactions Significant client interaction and deal responsibility Exposure to complex domestic and cross-border financing matters Strong mentorship and professional development Collaborative AmLaw 100 environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Aligned Talent Acquisition
