Private Equity Associate Attorney

A top-tier global law firm is seeking a Private Equity Associate to join its highly regarded Private Equity practice in Houston. About the Role Join a nationally recognized private equity practice advising leading private equity sponsors, infrastructure funds, sovereign wealth funds, pension funds, multi-asset managers and other institutional investors throughout the full investment lifecycle. Advise clients on sophisticated private equity and M&A transactions throughout the investment lifecycle. Represent private equity sponsors, institutional investors and portfolio companies in acquisitions, divestitures and strategic investments. Work closely with clients and senior attorneys on high-profile domestic and international transactions. Assist with debt and equity financings, refinancing, growth equity investments, restructurings, co-investments, syndications and exit transactions. Qualifications 4-6 years of experience Active admission to the Texas Bar. Strong law firm experience representing clients in private equity, mergers & acquisitions or other sophisticated corporate transactions. Why Join the Firm?
