Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services across outpatient, inpatient, and skilled nursing facility (SNF) settings within a critical access hospital environment
• Evaluate and treat patients of all ages and diagnoses, including complex and acute care presentations
• Participate in specialty therapy areas including wound care, lymphedema, pelvic floor, and pediatric services
• Float within scope of practice to meet facility needs across outpatient, acute care, and SNF units as required
• Document patient care accurately using Epic electronic health records
• Commit to working 3 of 5 designated holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)

Required Qualifications

• Active Alaska Physical Therapist license required (no pending licenses accepted)
• BLS certification required
• Minimum of 1 year of Physical Therapist experience required
• Compact license must be in hand at time of submission
• Must have 2 professional references covering at least 1 year of experience within the last 3 years
• Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working with pediatric and adolescent patient populations
• Background in multi-setting therapy environments (outpatient, inpatient, SNF)
• Familiarity with specialty therapy areas such as lymphedema, pelvic floor, or wound care
