Job Summary
TSB is looking for a reliable Custodial Worker to help maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment for students, staff, and visitors. This role is especially important in supporting a school environment for visually impaired students.

Job Summary
TSB is looking for a reliable Custodial Worker to help maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment for students, staff, and visitors. This role is especially important in supporting a school environment for visually impaired students.
Minimum Qualification
- High school diploma or GED
- No prior experience required
- Clean classrooms, restrooms, hallways, and common areas
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and restock supplies
- Empty trash and dispose of waste properly
- Maintain and properly use cleaning equipment
- Lock/unlock doors as required
- Report maintenance or supply needs
- Assist with minor maintenance (e.g., light bulb replacement, furniture moving)
- Support seasonal or special cleaning projects
- Follow safety and sanitation guidelines
- Ability to use basic custodial equipment
- Attention to detail and time management
- Ability to follow instructions with minimal supervision
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Dependable, punctual, and professional
- Comfortable working in a school setting
- Must pass TBI/FBI background check and fingerprinting
- Must comply with State of Tennessee policies
- TSB is a non-smoking campus
