Responsibilities: Detailed Accounts Payable Management: Navigate the intricacies of the accounts payable process, ensuring accuracy and compliance at each step. Oversee a multi-level approval system for invoices, guaranteeing meticulous attention to detail and adherence to established protocols. Weekly processing of payments, maintaining a well-organized inbox for internal staff-generated invoices. Systematic Invoice Handling: Receive and organize invoices submitted by internal staff, tracking approvals and supporting documentation. Compile approved invoices into a comprehensive document for review by Finance team supervisors and the CFO. Collaborate with the Finance team to ensure accuracy and completeness before final approval. Payment Finalization: Enter payment details and vendor banking instructions into our online bank system with precision. Collaborate closely with the CFO to secure final approval for outgoing payments. Ensure seamless coordination between internal processes and online banking systems. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Proven experience in handling intricate accounts payable and receivable processes. Advanced understanding of accruals, financial statements, and accounting principles. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Strong organizational and communication skills.
