Jr. Staff Accountant

Overview We are looking for a Jr. Staff Accountant to join our growing Finance team! This is a full time hourly, W2 position with full benefits and 100% work from home! We're looking for someone with excellent communication and organizational skills who wants to grow their career with a rapidly growing company. Responsibilities Maintain and organize all customer records Process all customer and vendor invoices and credit memos Collect and process payment from customers and vendors, and accurately record it into the system Manage a weekly collection process: calls and emails Research, track and resolve any issues Protect organization's value by keeping information confidential Review and enter new customer and vendor information Assist AR Specialist, AP Specialist and CFO with financial audits if required Ad-hoc projects, reporting and account reconciliations, and other assignments as needed to support the finance team Experience 3+ years of hands‑on accounting experience Advanced Excel skills (pivots, lookups) High school diploma, or equivalent Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field (Preferred) Demonstrates a high level of customer service ability To be successful in this role, you should have attention to detail Has the ability to work independently, creative problem solve, and work through ambiguity Must have the ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced and deadline‑driven environment Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation (base, bonus, health insurance and benefits, 401(k) with match) Work from home with a flexible schedule Collaborative environment Growing company with strong mentorship and a track record of promoting from within Job Type Full‑time Salary $22.00 - $35.00 per hour Benefits 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Disability insurance Flexible schedule Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Tuition reimbursement Vision insurance Schedule Monday to Friday Work Location Remote #J-18808-Ljbffr
