Senior Product Designer I (Remote Eligible)

For over 20 years, Smartsheet has empowered teams to manage work seamlessly and scale solutions smarter. Now, in our most ambitious chapter yet, we are uniting human teams with AI agents. By orchestrating the work agents do best, automating manual tasks and uncovering insights at scale, we create the space for people to focus on what truly matters: judgment, creativity, and big thinking. That is magic at work, and it’s what we show up for every day. As a member of the Experience Design team, you will shape the future of work, making our category-leading work execution platform valuable, elegant, and engaging. As a Senior Product Designer, you will apply principles of design thinking to conceptualize and create engaging, valuable, and intuitive user experiences for our web and mobile apps. You will represent the end-user and promote human-centered methodologies across the product team to ensure new designs that meet people's needs from first-time users to seasoned experts.

This role is focused on enterprise and platform design, driving strategic impact by designing scalable, sophisticated experiences that empower large organizations and complex teams. You will play a critical role in elevating our platform architecture and feature depth while maintaining the highest bar of craft and quality for our users. This role blends deep UX craft, strategic thinking, and systems-level thinking to solve enterprise challenges while driving measurable business outcomes. You'll work closely with product leadership and engineering to translate platform requirements and user insights into elegant, scalable solutions. You'll lead with design thinking, build robust design systems, and bring others along through clear storytelling and a sharp focus on outcomes. You will report to our Manager, Product Design, and you may work remotely from anywhere in the US where Smartsheet is a registered employer.
