Specific Responsibilities of the Office Manager include (but are not limited to): Provide administrative and operational support Maintain the lobby and Main Office Maintain school supplies and storage Support finance and bookkeeping functions Support key operational systems Collect and enter student and teacher data for state reporting and payroll Serve as a productive member of the BVP community

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of office experience, preferably in an education agency
• College degree strongly preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Spanish
• Excellent computer skills in programs including Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Maturity and ability to work independently
• Strong interpersonal skills with scholars, parents, colleagues, and community members
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
• Associates preferred Experience as an administrative assistant Background in data analytics, office management
• Bilingual Spanish required

Compensation Range: $42,318-$46,772
