Collections Specialist

Job Summary

Our client is seeking a motivated and experienced Collections Specialist. This role requires a professional who will manage outreach activities efficiently and contribute to the success of the healthcare phone-based operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage collections-related outreach tasks and engages with clients effectively.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Actively participate in team meetings to improve processes.

Qualifications

• 3-5 Years working in a MA role.
• Proficiency in Spanish is required.
• Experience in outreach management preferred.
• 3-5 Years working in a healthcare phone-based role preferred.

Skills

• Strong communication skills for effective client interaction.
• Proficiency in managing outreach activities.
• Excellent teamwork abilities.

Additional Requirements

• Must be available to work Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm PST.
