Position Summary

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for developing and executing marketing initiatives that support the company’s growth, client engagement, and community involvement. This role oversees the planning and coordination of financial education seminars and client events, the development of company creative assets, and the management of multi-channel marketing campaigns. Additional responsibilities include owning the Compliance review and approval process, supporting prospect targeting and demand generation strategies, analyzing marketing performance data, and managing charitable giving and volunteer initiatives. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, creative, and able to balance major initiatives with day-to-day tasks.

Key Responsibilities

·       Plan and coordinate monthly financial education seminars and client events

·       Launch multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, social, digital, and print

·       Design marketing materials and creative assets

·       Manage the Compliance review and approval process

·       Coordinate a prospect targeting strategy and demand generation

·       Record and analyze marketing data

·       Manage company charitable donations and volunteer efforts

·       Manage company website and write bi-monthly newsletters

Preferred Qualifications

·       Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field

·       1-3 years of experience in a marketing or related role

·       Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite

·       Familiarity with Canva and experience creating visual content
