Phlebotomy Specialist-Patient Service Center

Labcorp is a leader in diagnostics and drug development solutions. We are seeking a Phlebotomist in Canton, GA. Work Schedule Part‑time: 25 hours weekly. Monday, Wednesday, Friday 9:00 am‑3:00 pm (30‑minute lunch break). Tuesday and Thursday 1:00 pm‑6:00 pm (no lunch break). Job Responsibilities Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc. Enter patient information accurately and in a timely manner Process billing information and collect payments as necessary Prepare collected specimens for testing and analysis Maintain patient and specimen information logs Provide superior customer service to all patients Perform administrative and clerical duties as needed Travel to additional sites when required Minimum Qualifications High school diploma, GED, or equivalent Phlebotomy certification or completion of a training program At least 1 year of phlebotomy experience Preferred Qualifications 3 or more years of phlebotomy experience Additional Job Standards Phlebotomy certification must be from an accredited agency if no work experience is provided Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently or as part of a team Comfortable working under minimal supervision Reliable transportation Flexibility to work overtime as needed Able to pass a standardized color‑blindness test Benefits Employees scheduled for 20+ hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement, and Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
