Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse specializing in Telemetry for a travel assignment in Iron Mountain, MI. In this dynamic acute care setting, nurses will be responsible for monitoring patients' vital signs, recognizing changes in condition, and working within a team nursing model. This role requires flexibility, as it includes weekend and holiday rotations, as well as the ability to float to similar units as needed. Nurses must possess strong acute care experience and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Telemetry

• Perform accurate and timely patient assessments and documentation
• Collaborate with LPNs and other healthcare team members
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and intervene appropriately
• Administer medications safely and accurately
• Facilitate effective patient education and discharge planning
• Participate in maintaining patient care standards and compliance

Requirements of the RN - Telemetry

• BLS certification (AHA required)
• 1 year of MS/MS-Tele experience in acute care
• Comfortable with IV starts; No IV team available
• Preferred: Experience with TURPS-CBI and critical access or trauma level 3/4 settings
