Job Summary You will be a valued part of the nursing team, gaining hands‑on experience as you explore the full scope of the Registered Nurse role. Responsibilities Provide essential care for patients, including ADLs, vital sign checks, mobility support, comfort and hygiene. Perform nursing tasks such as wound care, catheter care, specimen collection and other basic procedures. Document care accurately and communicate timely updates with the nursing team. Help patients and families understand their care plans and offer guidance for health and recovery. Maintain patient areas clean and safe, following infection prevention practices and equipment management. Engage in learning opportunities, share ideas to improve care, and partner with supervisor or preceptor to build a personal career development plan. Qualifications Basic Cardiac Life Support obtained within 30 days of employment start date. Associate Degree or Bachelors Degree in nursing.
