We're looking for a Human Resources Generalist with a strong background in ERISA-governed benefits to join our team. You'll also support staff, serving as a trusted partner on the People & Culture team, advising on policies and approaches that support the mission of the organization and the needs of the team. This will involve advising staff, creating and co-leading trainings, and coaching team members as a senior member of a People & Culture (HR) team that puts staff needs first.

You'll also support staff, serving as a trusted partner on the People & Culture team, advising on policies and approaches that support the mission of the organization and the needs of the team. This will involve advising staff, creating and co-leading trainings, and coaching team members as a senior member of a People & Culture (HR) team that puts staff needs first.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in business, organizational development, human resources, economics, accounting, or a related field; equivalent professional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
- 8+ years of Human Resources experience, including at least 4 years working with ERISA-governed benefits and retirement plans
- Strong knowledge of qualified retirement plans and ERISA laws, with hands-on experience managing compliance testing and reporting processes such as Form 5500, ADP/ACP, and 409(p)
- Proven ability to coach and mentor staff while collaborating across teams to develop strategies and creative solutions
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills, with exceptional attention to detail
- HR certification required (SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR); retirement plan certifications such as CPSP, QKA, or QPA preferred
