Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member

This is an inside sales opportunity with a clear path to six-figure earnings. You'll connect with prospective and existing customers, identify their needs, explain appropriate insurance options, and consistently follow up to earn their business. We invest heavily in your training during your first six months. You'll receive hands-on coaching, mentorship, and the product and sales knowledge needed to meet - and exceed - your goals.

Build relationships with prospective and existing customers.

Identify needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.

Generate new business through calls, text messages, emails, referrals, and account development.

Manage your pipeline and activity in our CRM.

Meet established sales and customer-care standards.

Participate in coaching, training, and team development.

Insurance experience is not required. We are looking for friendly assertiveness, drive, great communication, willingness to learn, and follow instructions.

Sales, customer service, business development, or other customer-facing experience. Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable initiating conversations and following up. Organized, dependable, self-directed, and goal-oriented. Able to use basic technology, including email, calendars, and CRM systems. Willing to obtain Colorado insurance licenses. Authorized to work in the United States.
