Overview ADVENTHEALTH MEDICAL GROUP RADIATION ONCOLOGY AT CENTRAL FLORIDA General Summary Perform physical examinations and evaluate and treat radiation oncology patients in outpatient and inpatient settings Assist with the survivorship clinic and collaborate with surgical oncology Order and interpret appropriate diagnostic tests, such as routine laboratory and X‑ray Monitor the patient’s course of treatment and make appropriate referrals to physicians or specialists as needed Collaborate with physician supervisor and staff to provide consistent care and support to staff Display a caring and professional attitude at all times while maintaining personal and professional growth Manage conditions including cancers of brain, head & neck, skin, thorax, breast, gastrointestinal, genitourinary, gynecologic, and lymphatic systems Knowledge and Skills Required Establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, patients, and the public Strong communication skills Strong medical decision‑making skills Preferably radiation oncology experience; strong clinical background with emphasis on subspecialty oncology related conditions is beneficial Ability to pass a third‑party background check and pre‑employment drug screen Schedule Monday‑Friday, 8:00 AM‑5:00 PM Campus: AH Winter Park Required Education / Experience Master’s degree in APRN or Physician Assistant studies 1–2 years subspecialty experience in Oncology and/or Radiation Oncology as an APRN or PA Bi‑lingual Spanish preferred, not required Licensure, Certification, and Registration Current, valid Florida ARNP or PA license ANCC, AANP (or equivalent) or NCCPA certification is required BLS and ACLS required ONS Certification preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr Stryker Corporation
