Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at Fulton Manor Care Center. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide direct nursing care to our residents and supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants. Responsibilities Direct the day-to-day functions of nursing assistants in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines Ensure that all nursing personnel comply with written policies and procedures established by the facility Meet with assigned nursing staff and support personnel to plan shifts' services, programs, and activities Participate in the development, maintenance, and implementation of the facility's quality assurance program Participate in facility surveys and participate in the updating of resident discharge plans as needed Admit, transfer, and discharge residents as required Complete accident/incident reports and perform administrative duties as necessary What We Offer Full-time position with 36 hours per week Comprehensive benefits package, including: Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Opportunity to work with a dedicated team of professionals in a Long Term Care setting Convenient location in Fulton, MO Education and Experience 1 year of nursing experience preferred RN license required BLS Certification required #J-18808-Ljbffr Fulton Manor Care Center
