Complete Water Systems is looking for an experienced Plumbing & Water Treatment Service Technician / Installer to join our growing Phoenix team.

If you have residential plumbing, water treatment, HVAC, appliance installation, or home-service experience, we want to hear from you. Water treatment experience is a plus, but we are willing to train an experienced tradesperson who has strong plumbing/mechanical skills and wants to learn.

What You'll Do

• Install and service water softeners and whole-home filtration systems
• Install and service reverse osmosis systems
• Diagnose water treatment and residential plumbing issues
• Install and service water heaters and related plumbing components
• Perform plumbing modifications required for equipment installations
• Work with copper, PEX, PVC/ABS, valves, drains, and fittings
• Troubleshoot equipment and recommend appropriate solutions
• Explain findings and options clearly to homeowners
• Complete job notes, photos, and required documentation
• Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and work area
• Deliver a professional customer experience from arrival through completion

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of plumbing, water treatment, HVAC, mechanical, appliance installation, or related field experience preferred
• Residential service experience is a plus
• Comfortable with basic plumbing installation and repair
• Ability to solder copper is strongly preferred
• Mechanically inclined and willing to learn
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Able to lift and move water-treatment equipment
• Comfortable working in garages, outdoors, and attics when necessary
• Professional appearance and communication skills
• Dependable, organized, and self-motivated
• Takes pride in doing the job correctly and leaving a clean installation

Don't have water-treatment experience? If you're an experienced plumber, HVAC technician, installer, or mechanically skilled home-service technician, we can teach you water treatment.
