Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist Profession: Speech-Language Pathology Specialty: Speech-Language Therapy Duration: Long-term, Full-time Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 6 Experience: Master's Degree License: DOE Certification or DOH State Licensure Certifications: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellow (CF) Must-Have: Master’s Degree Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) Or to be a Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow (CF) as defined by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) Description: We are seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide testing for evaluations. This role involves writing IEP goals and services. The Speech-Language Pathologist will write IEP progress notes and service students. Responsibilities will span across multiple buildings and include consultations for students in the Bridge Program. The position includes both indirect and direct service hours. Flexibility in start and end times will depend on the building assigned each day. This role may serve a caseload of approximately 75 students, with around 18 designated as consults. The candidate will remain available to support students after the hiring of a permanent staff member to ensure timely service delivery for those who missed support due to staffing changes. The successful candidate will provide both one-on-one and group therapy services for students. They will complete all required documentation, scheduling, and preparation for students. Additionally, attendance at relevant meetings may be required to discuss student performance and recommendations. The Speech-Language Pathologist will also write and maintain confidential case notes and reports. This includes providing information to clients and collaborating with other professionals.
