Sales Manager, PackagingNew York, New YorkAbout the RoleThis role is with an international packaging organization growing its U.S. presence, providing packaging, trims, RFID, and sustainable product solutions to customers in the apparel, home textile, and retail industries. The Sales Manager focuses on expanding the U.S. customer base, developing new business, and building long-term client partnerships, working closely with teams across the global organization.ScheduleFull-time, with travel required within the United States.Compensation$100,000 to $150,000 annually, depending on experience.What You'll DoThe Sales Manager researches and pursues new business opportunities throughout the U.S. market, developing and maintaining lasting relationships with customers and industry partners. This person works to understand customer requirements and identify the products and solutions that best meet their needs, and partners with international teams to coordinate pricing, quotations, samples, production, and deliveries.The role oversees customer projects to ensure clients receive responsive, professional service throughout the process, and includes travel to customer meetings and participation in relevant trade shows and industry events as needed.Required QualificationsBackground in packaging, apparel trims, textiles, fashion, retail, or a related fieldDemonstrated success in account management, sales, and/or business developmentFamiliarity with the U.S. apparel, home textile, retail, or packaging industriesExcellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skillsAbility and willingness to travel within the United StatesMust be legally authorized to work in the United StatesPreferred QualificationsExisting relationships and connections within the packaging, apparel, or textile industrySelf-directed and comfortable working independently with minimal oversightCompensation and Benefits$100,000 to $150,000 annually, depending on experienceMedical, dental, and vision insurance401(k)Paid time offTo apply, submit your resume for consideration.
