University Dr. Denton, Texas 76201 About the Role EZCORP is looking for Retail Sales Associate / Retail Customer Service Team Members (Pawnbroker) to lead the way today and step into greater roles tomorrow. You will perform sales, loans, and extensions, handle opening and closing store duties, and provide excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers and interacting with them in person and on the phone. Process sales, loans, and extensions. Perform opening and closing store duties. Interact with customers daily, helping with sales and negotiating agreements regarding pawn items such as jewelry, electronics, musical instruments, and more. Maintain a friendly, courteous, and respectful environment that sets the company apart. Customer service, cashier, or retail experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to multitask. Pass a criminal background check and drug test (performed after a conditional offer). Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulations. Knowledge of commonly pawned items such as tools, jewelry, firearms, or electronics is a plus. Sales background is a plus. Bilingual language skills are a plus.
