Collections Specialist

What we are seeking:• A professional with a kind and positive demeanor
• Experience in billing and collections
• Fundraising, Health Care, or Insurance background is a plus
• Basic Excel and MS Office
• Responsible for logging all activity; organizational
• Make a minimum of 50 calls a day - working closely with billing department to develop payment plans
• Will be given client names to contact
• Strong communication skills
• Hours: 9am-6pm Monday-Friday
• $20 + per hour (+DOE) Located in midtown KCMO. Hiring screenings will be conducted and would need to comply with HIPAA.
