About the Role We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This position is ideal for recent graduates or individuals starting their career in project management who are eager to develop their skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. As an Entry Level Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting project managers and team members to ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget. Responsibilities * Assist project managers in planning and organizing project schedules and timelines. * Coordinate and communicate with team members to ensure project tasks are on track. * Monitor project progress and update relevant documentation and reports regularly. * Support the preparation of project status reports for stakeholders and management. * Help manage project resources, including materials, equipment, and personnel. * Facilitate meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and minute taking. Minimum requirements: Qualifications * High School Diploma or equivalent required. * Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, Event Management, or a related field preferred. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. * Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. * Basic computer, email, and document management skills.
