You'll lead by example, inspire your team to deliver personalized service, and help create memorable experiences for every guest from arrival through departure.If you're ready to grow your career with a team committed to excellence, we'd love to hear from you!What You'll Do:As a Front Office Supervisor, you'll partner with the Director of Rooms and Front Office leadership team to oversee the daily operations of the Front Office while ensuring every guest receives personalized, genuine hospitality from arrival through departure.Your responsibilities include:Leading, coaching, and motivating Front Office AgentsDelivering exceptional guest service and resolving guest concerns with professionalismActing as Manager on Duty as assignedSupporting daily Front Office operations, including check-in/check-out, reservations, guest requests, and lobby presenceTraining and developing team members while promoting InterContinental service standardsMonitoring scheduling, labor costs, cash handling, and operational proceduresCollaborating with all hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiencesSupporting departmental projects, meetings, and hotel initiativesWhat We're Looking For:Required QualificationsMinimum High School Diploma or equivalentAt least 2 years of hotel supervisory experience, preferably within Front Office or Guest ServicesOutstanding guest service and leadership skillsStrong communication and interpersonal abilitiesExcellent organizational and problem-solving skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysPreferred QualificationsHospitality or Business Management degreePrior luxury hotel experienceBilingual or multilingual skillsHospitality leadership or emotional intelligence trainingWhy Join InterContinental The Clement Monterey?We offer more than a job—we offer an opportunity to build a rewarding career with a team committed to excellence.
