Retirement Plan Consultant

Passionate about client service, the full-time Retirement Plan Consultant will manage a caseload of clients, deliver compliance testing results, and consult on plan-related issues in a hybrid work environment. Key responsibilities: Maintain responsibility for client caseload management and serve as the primary contact for assigned clients Deliver testing results and year-end packages, ensuring timely compliance corrections and filing of 5500s Consult with clients and advisors to develop long-term relationships and resolve compliance issues Required qualifications: At least 3 years of experience in Defined Contribution Plan Administration within a TPA Experience with compliance work related to cross-testing and ADP/ACP testing for DC plans Ability to calculate profit-sharing contributions using new comparability allocation methods Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Experience with Cash Balance/Defined Benefit Plan Administration is a plus
