Senior National Retirement Plan Consultant

Responsibilities Cover the inbound phone queue and make outbound calls/case work to support partnered region. Ensure a high level of advisor satisfaction by responding to inbound calls and emails to provide technical expertise on sales strategies, rules/regulations, and solutions to drive retirement plan sales. Act as the subject matter expert for team members and internal stakeholders. Provide flexibility in queue coverage to ensure proper staffing, participate in team meetings, and handle other team needs. Maintain strong working relationships with product partners, marketing, sales strategy, and retirement sales team. Accurately track all activity in Salesforce.com. Partner with subject matter experts across and outside the firm to continually improve the quality of advice given to clients, supporting the development of new strategies and ongoing maintenance of existing processes, tools, and services. Utilize Microsoft Teams for advisor sales interactions when needed. Complete required coursework to maintain compliance with state and federal regulations and licenses. Qualifications 5+ years’ experience in financial services industry, financial sales, or financial wholesaling with proven phone skills. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a related field. Active Series 7 or ability to obtain within 120 days. Active State securities agent registration (S63 or S66) or ability to obtain within 120 days. Active State IAR registration (S65 or S66) or ability to obtain within 120 days. Must have a clean compliance record. #J-18808-Ljbffr
