IT Project Coordinator

DescriptionKforce has a client in Glendale, WI that is seeking an IT Project Coordinator.Responsibilities include:* Coordinate onboarding and offboarding resources for divested entity as well as program resources* Work closely with Identity & Access Management team and other management teams, as needed, to ensure all onboarding and offboarding processes are completed efficiently and in compliance with company policies* Manage requests for access to applications that may be offered under Transition Service Agreement (TSA).* Track and report on counts, progress, etc., on recurring basis* Follow up with users on training requirements to ensure completions* Manage the review and disposition of IT tickets for password reset, etc. for divested employees* Assist with maintaining budget / forecast information based on program resources onboarded* Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings* Assist with status reports as requested* May be trained as backup to VMO GO processingAssumptions:* Resource will report to IT Deal Lead and work closely with IT SMO team* Resources will work the entire duration remotely* Any travel and travel related expenses should be in accordance with our client's expense and travel policy and must be pre-approved by the clientRequirements* 3-5 years of experience in project coordinator role with background in onboarding* Experience with SharePoint and Teams required* Excellent communication and organization skills* Exposure to ticketing systems is a plus* Must be able to use problem-solving/critical thinking skills, and independent thinking to overcome challenges* Effective communication with project team members, key stakeholders, and sponsors* Must be self-motivated and able to work with ambiguity and aggressive timelinesJob TypeContractCompensation35 - $45
