Supplier Specialist

Manage supplier qualification and certification processes Serve as the main point of contact for supplier quality issues Work cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Operations, Quality, and other teams Ensure materials and products meet quality specifications Support new product launches by assessing supplier capabilities Monitor supplier changes and apply tools like PPAP and change control Investigate quality issues and lead root cause analysis and CAPA efforts Conduct supplier audits and follow up on corrective actions Track supplier performance, complaints, and quality trends Drive continuous improvement and support KPI development Maintain supplier documentation and ensure alignment with QMS standards Build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders Qualifications 2–4 years of experience in supplier quality, ideally in pharma or medical devices Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Good communication and ability to work across teams #J-18808-Ljbffr Harba Solutions Inc.
