Leasing & Sales Specialist | Base + Uncapped Commission

Base Compensation+ Uncapped Commission & Bonuses.

Expected Annual OTE: $50,000-$65,000+

Complete Property Management Solutions is looking for a hungry, competitive, personable Leasing & Sales Specialist who wants their performance to directly impact their income and career growth.

No property management or real estate experience is required. We are more interested in finding someone who is driven, self-motivated, great with people, and willing to follow up until the job gets done.

If you have a background in sales, hospitality, restaurants, automotive, wireless, fitness, recruiting, retail, apartment leasing, or another fast-paced customer-facing environment, your experience may translate extremely well to this position.

What You'll Do

This is not a traditional desk-based leasing position. You will spend the majority of your time meeting prospective residents and showing available homes and apartments throughout the St. Louis area.

Your primary goal is simple: provide an excellent showing experience, sell prospects on why the property is the right fit for them, and help turn interested prospects into completed applications.

You'll be responsible for:

• Conducting agent-guided property showings
• Confirming scheduled appointments with prospective residents
• Learning our available properties and communicating their features and benefits
• Answering questions and handling prospective resident objections
• Following up after showings to drive applications
• Following up with prospects who complete self-guided tours
• Helping prospective residents navigate the application process
• Contacting new inquiries and converting them into showings when needed
• Maintaining accurate communication and activity records
• Providing an exceptional experience from initial contact through application

We provide the properties, technology, marketing, and incoming lead flow. You bring the energy, follow-up, sales ability, and desire to produce results.

Real estate or property management experience is a plus, but not required. A Missouri real estate license is also a plus, but is not required for this position.

A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.

Schedule

• Full-time
• Showing Availability Monday-Friday 9AM to 7PM
• Weekend and After Hours availability as needed
• Primarily field-based throughout the St. Louis area, with office work based in Kirkwood, MO
