Title: Cyber Security (onsite)
Location: Montpelier, VT (onsite)


The selected resource(s) will collaborate with various organizations to coordinate, direct,


administer, facilitate, monitor, and report on all aspects of State and Local Cybersecurity


Grant Program (SLCGP) Projects through the following actions and deliverables.

Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop new, and update existing policies,


procedures, standards, required to support the project outcomes.


Communicates and meets with project team and key stakeholders on a 2x/month


basis.


Submit specific projects to Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency


(CISA) for approval and funding


Schedule, facilitate and document results of project meetings, work sessions, etc.


Provide scheduled and ongoing reporting to key stakeholders on project


status, milestones, and deliverables.


Engage key stakeholders when project deliverables are at risk and


recommend courses of action required to mitigate project risk.


Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop new, and update existing

Organize and prepare communication product for the state to submit projects


to CISA for approval and funding


Coordinate project plans, with defined timelines, deliverables, etc. to ensure


successful completion of SLCGP projects.


Monitor project milestones to ensure alignment with defined timelines and


deliverables.


Monitor project activities to ensure they are within scope and adhere to


applicable federal, state and Vermont Agency of Digital Services procedures,


and standards.


Monitor and, where necessary, recommend courses of action to the


Program Manager for any project activities that are at risk, deficient or


not compliant with regulations or requirements.


Schedule, facilitate and document results of project meetings, work sessions,


etc.

status, milestones, and deliverables.
