Bath Envy is seeking an outgoing and dependable Brand Ambassador to represent our company at local big-box stores, community events, home shows, and other promotional locations. In this customer-facing role, you will introduce homeowners to our bathroom remodeling products and services, answer basic questions, and collect contact information from customers interested in receiving a free estimate.

The ideal candidate is friendly, confident, professional, and comfortable starting conversations with new people. Training and product information will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers at stores, events, and promotional locations
• Explain the features and benefits of Bath Envy’s bathroom remodeling products and services
• Conduct simple product demonstrations and answer customer questions
• Identify interested homeowners and collect accurate lead information
• Encourage qualified customers to schedule a free, no-obligation estimate
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional display area
• Represent Bath Envy in a friendly and professional manner
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams
• Track customer interactions and provide feedback when requested
• Assist with setting up and taking down displays at events

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, promotions, retail, or food service is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable approaching and speaking with customers
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Positive attitude and professional appearance
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Availability for evenings and weekends as needed
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are preferred
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply

Compensation

• Starting pay of $15 per hour
• Commission opportunities
• Full-time and part-time scheduling available

Work Location

This is an in-person position at participating stores, events, and promotional locations throughout Evansville and the surrounding area.
