Responsibilities Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand the full range of VIV's digital marketing services and how to utilize them effectively. Assist clients in setting up their accounts, including configuring their dashboards, integrating their existing tools, and customizing their settings. Provide comprehensive training sessions and ongoing support to clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have about our services and platforms. Collaborate with clients to develop tailored digital marketing strategies that align with their business goals and objectives. Track and analyze client performance data to ensure the effectiveness of their digital marketing campaigns and suggest improvements where necessary. Gather client feedback and work with internal teams to enhance our services and improve the onboarding experience. Maintain detailed records of client interactions, onboarding progress, and any issues encountered to ensure seamless communication and support. Proven experience in digital marketing, client onboarding, or customer service. Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing.
