By hiring the best people and helping them grow both professionally and personally, we ensure a bright future for NTT DATA Servicesand for the people who work here.NTT DATAServices currently seeks aSoftware Development Advisorto join our team in Plano, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).Coordinates meetings with the project manager and functional management to discuss project impediments, issues/delays in completing the task.Research and evaluation of solution approaches, in the form of proof of concept, which leads to project performance improvement and cost reduction.Implementing of Software Engineering practices like Agile, Test Driven Development, and Continuous Integration and best coding practices thru the development cycles in project.Review and integrate all application requirements, including functional, security, integration, performance, quality and operations requirementsWork on the feasibility of new requirements by decomposing problem, defining architecture, preparing detailed design document within given time frame.Lead development team, review and monitors team’s progress to meet the project deadline. Ensuring the software developed by team satisfies the business requirements and coding practice.Work closely with other team leaders and development teams when necessary to achieve business requirement.Work with functional managers and the team sponsor to obtain necessary resources to support the team’s requirementsWork closely with peers in the business to fully understand the business process and requirements.Represents technical design at customer meetingsResponsible for Development, refinement, and tuning of Integration of project with other applications.This position is only available to those interested in direct staff employment opportunities with NTT DATA, Inc. or its subsidiaries.
