Hybrid HR Generalist for Multi-Center Healthcare
Privia Health
Privia Health is seeking a full-time HR professional for a hybrid role, primarily on-site two days per week with remote work the rest. You will support multiple Care Centers across the employee lifecycle, handling onboarding, benefits, leaves, and HRIS data while maintaining confidentiality and compliance. Your duties include policy interpretation, coaching managers, handling employee relations, and producing HR reports for leadership.
