We provide in-home support to adults with disabilities across Minnesota. Our person-centered approach helps individuals build independence, confidence, and meaningful lives—one day at a time.

Position Overview

We’re hiring compassionate, organized individuals to support clients in their homes and communities. This is a part-time role with flexible scheduling and opportunities to grow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with scheduling, employment, and household tasks
• Support budgeting and financial routines
• Encourage healthy relationships and community engagement
• Promote independent living through personalized support

Current Openings

Savage- 8 hours per week; Monday and Wednesday's afternoons; female staff preferred.

Waconia: 8 hours per week; days/flexible; female staff only. 

Waconia: 16 hours per week; afternoons; female staff only.

Waconia: 12 hours per week; flexible; staff must be okay with dogs; female staff only.

Norwood Young America: 10 hours per week; Mornings 2-3 times per week; female staff only.

Qualifications

• Must pass a 245D background study
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable vehicle and current car insurance
