Strategic IT & Cloud Contracts Lead

Crusoe Energy Systems is seeking a Senior Contract Specialist (IT, Network & Cloud) to bridge technical needs with legal and financial compliance. You will oversee complex procurement, SLA negotiations, and licensing models for data centers, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise software. You will optimize cloud spending, mitigate vendor risk, and build a scalable procurement framework across IT and Cloud footprints, driving cost savings and ensuring compliance with GDPR, CCPA, SOC2, and internal #J-18808-Ljbffr Crusoe Energy Systems
