Family Medicine Physician – Holyoke, CO
Compensation: $324,000 (includes 2 medical directorships)
Sign-On Bonus: $25,000
Housing: 1 year paid housing
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3–5 clinic days/week + dedicated admin day
Call: Every 3rd week, including ED oversight
Patient Volume: 15–20 patients/day
Employment: Full-time
Position Highlights
- Full-spectrum Family Medicine: outpatient, inpatient, swing bed & ED
- Low-volume rural ED with strong hospital support
- No procedures required
- Dedicated MA and experienced nursing/support staff
- EMR: Athena
- Dragon dictation
- Leadership opportunities, including medical directorships

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive care to patients of all ages
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
- Provide preventive care and patient education
- Participate in inpatient, ED and hospital duties
- Support quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and coding
- Participate in call, medical staff activities and community outreach
Qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited program
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- Eligible for Colorado medical licensure
- BLS and ACLS certification
- Current DEA license
- Bilingual preferred
